The Resort is absolutely beautiful but it is staff that warrants such a high rating. Every staff member we encountered always greeted us with smiles and friendly hello’s. One staff member in particular deserves special recognition. We met Macy at check in. She was very friendly and professional. Soon after check in I had a question regarding some areas in our room. I went down to the front desk and was greeted by Macy. She answered one question, tried to get an answer to my second one and offered to send maintenance up to my room when she couldn’t get an answer. I declined as it was later in the afternoon and I said I’d pursue it in the morning. The next morning I rang the desk and was greeted by Macy, again, very upbeat. She told me she would come right up to see if she could handle the situation (we were in a lovely corner room and couldn’t figure out how to raise an accordion pleated shade in one of the windows). Within minutes she was at our door. Unfortunately, she had no better luck than my husband and I in trying to raise the shade. She told me she would call maintenance right away. Again, within minutes, a knock came at the door. Fully expecting to see “maintenance”, I was surprised to see a smiling Macy. She had talked to maintenance and they told her how to do it. Sure enough, she was able to raise the shade. We really appreciated her efforts. She took ownership of our issues until both were fully resolved. She’s a great asset to “South Coast” and a wonderful ambassador for your resort. We also met another delightful woman, Giselle, at the front desk who was quick to answer any questions we had about the general area. She, too, is a wonderful representative for your resort. One other person I would like to acknowledge is a gentleman whose name I believe was Brandon. He always made sure we had an adequate supply of coffee K cups and creamer!!! He was very helpful in suggesting some pretty areas for our daily drives!

The room is very comfortable with a wonderful view. The property is very beautiful in the middle of a vineyard. There is a tasting room on property. Great wines The pool complex is very nice and good for a rest at the end of the day even at winter time. The restaurant is very good for breakfast and dinner. All the staff is very kind. It is outside Temecula so is good to have a car to visit this cute city and the other wineries around.

The pool and spa are spectacular. The grounds are amazing - we even got to watch the hot air balloons go up one morning! There is so much preparation put into the flower beds, walking paths, and holiday decorations; it really made our stay special. We stayed in a villa so there was plenty of room and the private patio was very relaxing. The extra large bathroom made was convenient.

We had an amazing stay! The staff was very friendly, the rooms were clean, spacious and comfortable, we received vouchers for a glass of wine each which kicked off our stay well and we loved the cozy and delicious restaurant! We loved how relaxing this place was, and appreciated the peace and quiet. My favorite place in Temecula and a nice escape from LA. We'll be back.

Staying in a villa surrounded by wine vines was amazing. The room was spacious, comfortable, and clean. Every member of the staff we encountered was professional, kind, and exceedingly attentive to our needs. This was particularly true of the individuals working in the Vineyard Rose restaurant. The service was exceptional, the food scrumptious, and the ambiance lovely.
